CORSAIR iCUE supports a growing collection of ASUS Aura Ready motherboards*. *Features and compatibility vary by model. ASUS Aura Sync Utility version 1.07. 79 OR ASUS Armoury Crate v2.
Motherboard software such as Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASUS Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light and Corsair iCUE are all very well-known, and will work with RAM, RGB LED strip-lights, fan case RGB lighting and CPU cooler RGB lighting amongst others.
No, iCUE will not control a Gigabyte card(would nice if it did though).
GIGABYTE RGB Fusion 2.0. An Integrated User Interface to Achieve RGB Synchronization. With an integrated intuitive user interface, the RGB Fusion 2.0 provides you a better solution for customizing the lighting effects across all supported devices.

It is not officially supported and the use of the adapter cables means you are 100% on your own since the iCUE software bases all the patterns and effects on the number of LEDs per fan and are only programmed with Corsair products in mind.
No, not without installing the control software. You would then set the "hardware lighting" to static black on LED elements, then save it to the device.
There are several softwares besides the G. Skill one that will work. iCue just isn't one of them. I've got that Trident Z RGB RAM myself.
Yes, you can.
Do Aorus motherboards work with iCUE?
This works for all non iCUE supported RGB hardware. I have an Aorus Motherboard and GPU as well as Gamdias case fanse and they all are working.
RGB Fusion SDK. RGB Fusion SDK opens up a new realm of possibilities for integration by allowing developers to control the most advanced motherboard digital lighting system from their software, increasing compatibility with third party products.

Whether you plan to use an Intel or AMD solution, RGB Fusion is the most feature packed and fully equipped lighting system on the market to date. Only with GIGABYTE powered motherboards are users able to control their Corsair Vengeance RGB modules to illuminate in the same color and fashion as their motherboard.
For Gigabyte motherboards
Click on the Peripherals menu option and look for RGB Fusion near the top of the list. RGB Fusion will have several different options to change the LED lighting mode, but just select Off to deactivate the RGB entirely.
Finally, connect the RGB fans controller to the motherboard using the USB micro-splitter. Connect one end of the USB micro-splitter to the USB 2.0 header in the motherboard. Insert the other end in the controller's micro-USB port. The 2.0 header will have nine pins that say USB/JUSB1/JUSB2 under the pins.
If you have an ASUS Motherboard with RGB lighting, you can use iCUE to control its lighting and the RGB lighting of ASUS GPUs. If your motherboard has an analog 12-volt RGB header, you can also use iCUE to control the lighting of devices attached to the header.
The iCUE software only supports control over the JCORSAIR header on MSI motherboards.
New member. It looks like ICUE 4.23. 137 supports MSI motherboards which is great since it's the only RGB software that sees my ASUS Strix 3060 in addition to Corsair RAM and MSI motherboard.
